St. Paul is a small town in Collin County, in the North Texas country on the northeastern side of the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. It lies a few miles from Plano, Garland, and McKinney, set among the low rolling prairie and blackland farmland that once defined the area before suburban growth reached its edges. The community remains largely residential and low-density, surrounded by open land at the outer reach of the metro area.
