Odem, Texas
Odem is a small city in San Patricio County, on the flat coastal plain of the Coastal Bend about 20 miles northwest of Corpus Christi. The surrounding country is given over to farmland, with cotton and grain sorghum grown across the level terrain. The community lies inland from the bays and estuaries that define the nearby Gulf coast.
