Getting a Disabled Parking Placard Through the Rusk County Tax Office

The disabled-parking errand starts at the Rusk County Tax Office, 202 North Main in Henderson. TxDMV uses Form VTR-214 for a disabled parking placard or plate.

For a new placard, a doctor or health care provider must complete the disability statement. A red placard is temporary and expires in six months or less. A blue placard is permanent and renews every four years.
