Los Indios is a small town in Cameron County, in the Rio Grande Valley about 17 miles west of Brownsville. It sits on the Rio Grande along the border, where an international bridge connects the community to Mexico. The surrounding land is flat, irrigated farmland typical of the lower Valley.
