Heath, Texas

Set on the eastern shore of Lake Ray Hubbard in Kaufman and Rockwall counties, Heath lies about 20 miles east of Dallas within the wider Dallas-Fort Worth area. Once a small farming settlement, it has become a lakeside residential community of larger lots and open land along the reservoir. The lake shapes much of the town's character, with waterfront neighborhoods and views across the water toward the metroplex.

Heath crosses county lines, so the appraisal district and tax office depend on the parcel address. School, city-limit, MUD, PID, and other special-district lines can be different too. Start with the full county list below instead of treating one county as the answer.
