Fulshear, Texas

Fulshear is a city in Fort Bend County on the western edge of the Houston metropolitan area, about sixteen miles west of Sugar Land and roughly thirty miles west of downtown Houston. Once a rural farming and ranching community on the coastal prairie along the Brazos River watershed, it has grown rapidly as suburban development has pushed westward from Houston. The surrounding land is flat prairie and former farmland now interspersed with master-planned neighborhoods.
