Fairview, Texas

Fairview is a town in Collin County, just south of McKinney in the fast-growing suburban belt north of Dallas. It sits on gently rolling blackland prairie that has long supported farming and low-density residential development, and much of the town retains larger lots and open space even as the surrounding cities have filled in. Its location along U.S. Highway 75 places it within easy reach of the wider Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
