Cibolo, Texas
Cibolo is a city in the San Antonio metropolitan area, straddling the line between Bexar and Guadalupe counties along Cibolo Creek about 19 miles east of San Antonio and close to New Braunfels. Its name comes from the Spanish word for buffalo, and the town took shape around a rail line before growing along the Interstate 35 corridor into one of the region's suburban communities.
