Boerne, Texas

Boerne is a Hill Country town on Cibolo Creek in Kendall County, about 28 miles northwest of San Antonio along the Interstate 10 corridor. Founded by German settlers in the mid-19th century, it preserves that heritage in its historic limestone buildings and its old main street, known locally as the Hauptstrasse. The rolling terrain of oak and cedar around town, along with the nearby Guadalupe River country, has made it a gateway to the surrounding Hill Country.
