Adrian, Texas
On the high, wind-swept plains of Oldham County, about 50 miles west of Amarillo, Adrian sits astride historic U.S. Route 66. The town is best known as the geographic midpoint of Route 66, a distinction marked by the roadside Midpoint Café. The surrounding landscape is open Panhandle grassland and farm country.
