Outdoor burning in Tarrant County is a county option outside city limits, and it still has to follow TCEQ outdoor-burning rules. A city address has its own local limits.

On the burn day, call Tarrant County Regional Communications at 817-232-9800 to register the address and confirm it is allowed. Burning is limited to the window from one hour after sunrise to one hour before sunset.

Wind matters too. Do not burn when wind tops 23 mph, keep a responsible person on site, and burn material from that property. When Commissioners Court has a burn ban running, the answer is no.
