Bedford, Texas
Bedford is a suburban city in northeast Tarrant County, one of the closely built communities of the Mid-Cities area between Dallas and Fort Worth, lying about 8 miles from Arlington. Largely residential and commercial, it developed as part of the mid-century growth that filled in the corridor around the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and it sits on the gently rolling prairie of North Texas.
