Burleson, Texas

Burleson lies about 16 miles south of Fort Worth, straddling the line between Johnson and Tarrant counties on the rolling prairie at the southern edge of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Once a farming and rail town, it has grown into a suburban city as the metroplex expanded southward, with a historic downtown district at its core. It is often noted as the hometown of country singer Kelly Clarkson.
