Finding Deeds, Plats, and Liens in Harrison County

Harrison County land records run through the County Clerk. Deeds, subdivision plats, liens, easements, and assumed-name filings are recorded and indexed there. For a buyer checking a boundary, old easement, or lien release, this is the official paper trail.

The clerk has two main search doors. The Tyler self-serve portal covers documents from 1886 to the present. Older land records, including grants and deeds back to 1840, are in a separate Kofile collection running 1840 to 1920.

A record search is not a title opinion. If a document affects a sale, property line, or lien, pull the recorded image and have a title company or attorney read it.
