Westworth Village is a small city in Tarrant County, in the DFW / North Texas region, situated about 5 miles from downtown Fort Worth along the West Fork of the Trinity River. The community lies near the Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base on the northwest side of the city and is largely residential in character.
