Plum Grove, Texas

Plum Grove is a small city in Liberty County, in the wooded coastal-plain country of Southeast Texas about 22 miles east of The Woodlands and roughly 34 miles northeast of Houston. The surrounding landscape is flat and pine-timbered, threaded by creeks that drain toward the San Jacinto River basin, and much of the area sits within the outer reach of the greater Houston metropolitan region. In recent years the community has grown quickly as new residential development has spread into the once-rural pineywoods.
