League City, Texas

League City lies in Galveston County along the upper Gulf Coast, about 24 miles southeast of Houston between Clear Creek and Clear Lake. Its older core is known for the enormous live oaks that shade the historic downtown district. The city sits within the Clear Lake and Bay Area corridor near NASA's Johnson Space Center and the waterfront attractions of nearby Kemah, and it has grown into one of the larger suburban cities on this stretch of the coast.
