Jonestown, Texas
Set in the hills of northwestern Travis County about 19 miles northwest of Austin, Jonestown sits above the arms of Lake Travis, the large Colorado River reservoir that defines this part of the Hill Country. The terrain is one of cedar-covered limestone ridges dropping toward the lake's coves and inlets. Its lakeside setting has made it a residential and recreation community within the greater Austin area.
