Beverly Hills is a small city in McLennan County, entirely surrounded by the city of Waco just a couple of miles from downtown. It is a residential enclave within the greater Waco urban area on the Blackland Prairie of Central Texas. The terrain is the gently rolling prairie country that characterizes the region along the Brazos River.
