Navarro County will email you if something hits your property record
Navarro County's Fraud Notify service is a free tripwire for land records. Sign up through the County Clerk, and the system sends a notice when a document is recorded under your name.
It does not block a bad filing. It tells you fast enough to look at the document and call the clerk if it looks wrong. That can help owners who paid off a mortgage, inherited land, or hold property they do not visit often. The official record still needs to be read before anyone treats an alert as fraud.
