Brazos County business personal property renditions go to Brazos CAD

If a Brazos County business owns gear used to make money, Texas expects a yearly rendition. That can include stock, desks, tools, fixtures, or machines. The report goes to Brazos CAD and lists what the business had on January 1.

This is separate from homestead work. Renditions, extension requests, and questions go to the district's business property contact, not the exemptions desk.

The deadline usually falls in mid-April. Extensions are available if requested. Use the current Brazos CAD rendition form, especially if the business changed, moved, or closed.
