Stockton Bend is a small community in Hood County, roughly 32 miles southwest of Fort Worth in the lake-and-hill country where North Texas meets the edge of the Hill Country. It sits near the Brazos River and the reservoirs of the region, in terrain of low wooded hills and open ranchland.
