Southlake, Texas
Southlake is an affluent suburban city northeast of Fort Worth, spread mainly across northern Tarrant County with a portion extending into Denton County, roughly 15 miles north of Arlington. It sits near the southern shore of Grapevine Lake, a large reservoir from which the community takes its name, in the rolling terrain of the northern Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Southlake is known as one of the wealthier communities in the region, anchored by an upscale town-center shopping district and its highly regarded schools.
