Pleak is a small village in Fort Bend County, lying in the flat coastal-prairie farmland southwest of Sugar Land, roughly 14 miles from that city. It is a quiet, largely residential and agricultural community on the edge of the expanding Houston metropolitan area, surrounded by fields and open country near the Brazos River bottomlands.
