Lytle, Texas

About 22 miles southwest of San Antonio, Lytle straddles the line between Atascosa, Medina, and Bexar counties on the brushy plains south of the city. Interstate 35 runs through the community, carrying traffic on the route toward Laredo and the border, and the town serves as a small commercial stop on the highway. The land around it is gently rolling South Texas ranch country.
