Lexington, Texas

Lexington is a small town in Lee County, in the transition country between Central Texas and the eastern woodlands, about 40 miles east of Round Rock. The surrounding land is rolling post-oak and prairie given to ranching and farming. The town is widely known among barbecue enthusiasts as the home of Snow's BBQ, a Saturday-only pit that Texas Monthly has ranked among the best in the state.
