Impact, Texas
Impact is a very small incorporated town in Taylor County, in the rolling country of West Texas, located just a few miles north of Abilene on the northern edge of that city's metropolitan area. It is one of the smallest municipalities in the region and is effectively surrounded by the larger city around it. San Angelo lies about 82 miles to the southwest.
