Howe, Texas

Howe is a town in Grayson County in North Texas, roughly 21 miles north of McKinney and within the broadly rural belt between the Dallas-Fort Worth suburbs and the Red River. It lies in the Blackland Prairie, a region of dark, fertile soils historically given over to cotton and grain farming. The town developed along the rail line that runs north toward Sherman and Denison.
