Brazos Country, Texas
Brazos Country is a small residential city in Austin County, about 26 miles west of Sugar Land, on the flat coastal-plain farmland west of the Houston metropolitan area. It is a lightly populated incorporated community set among rural land and scattered subdivisions. The surrounding countryside is open farm and ranch land between the Brazos and Colorado rivers.
