Beeville, Texas

Situated in the Coastal Bend of South Texas, Beeville is the seat of Bee County, roughly 47 miles northwest of Corpus Christi amid the flat brush country and ranchland that define the region. The town developed as an agricultural and ranching center, and it long served the surrounding oil and cattle economy. For decades it was home to a U.S. Naval Air Station that trained pilots before the base closed in the 1990s.
