Memory Park Puts a StoryWalk Behind the Library
Behind the Charles B. Stewart Library in Montgomery, Memory Park ties reading and green space together. It is the signature project of the Rotary Club of Lake Conroe.
The park has native and naturalized Texas plantings, a pond trail, rest areas, exercise spots, and Shane Garden. It also has a StoryWalk, where children follow pages of a storybook along the path.
That gives Montgomery a sweet civic mix: library, park, garden, reading path, and walking trail in one place. For a group visit, use the city page for reservation or donation details.
