Outside city limits, a business project can still need the Guadalupe County Fire Marshal. City Works is the online place for permit forms, plans, status checks, inspection requests, and approved permits.

The permit guide covers fire alarms, sprinklers, and new buildings. It also covers changed layouts, renovation, demolition, and a change of occupancy.
