Taylor Lake Village is a small residential city in Harris County, in the Clear Lake area southeast of Houston near the shore of Galveston Bay. It sits along Taylor Lake, an inlet off Clear Lake that feeds toward the bay, and the community is largely made up of waterside neighborhoods and canals. The city lies about 23 miles southeast of downtown Houston and just northeast of the NASA Johnson Space Center.
