Shenandoah, Texas

Shenandoah is a small city in Montgomery County, wedged along Interstate 45 just south of The Woodlands and about 30 miles north of Houston. Though its resident population is modest, the city holds a dense concentration of commercial, retail, and medical development that serves the wider suburban corridor north of Houston. It began as a residential subdivision before incorporating and taking on its present commercial character.
