Rio Bravo, Texas
Rio Bravo is a city in Webb County on the Rio Grande, about 11 miles south of Laredo along the border in South Texas. It lies in the brush country of the lower Rio Grande, a region of mesquite, thornscrub, and semiarid ranchland. The town developed as a residential community south of Laredo and shares the international river frontier that defines this stretch of the border.
