East Mountain, Texas
East Mountain is a small city in the wooded hills of southeastern Upshur County, in the Piney Woods of East Texas about 9 miles northwest of Longview. It takes its name from a low rise near the townsite and functions largely as a rural, residential community within the Longview area.
