Bynum, Texas
In the blackland farming country of Hill County, Bynum is a small town about 30 miles north of Waco. The surrounding landscape is one of dark, fertile prairie soils long given over to cotton, grain, and cattle, on the level-to-rolling plains of Central Texas. It is a modest agricultural community set among the farmland between Waco and the southern reaches of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
