Aledo, Texas
Set in the wooded hills of eastern Parker County about 17 miles west of Fort Worth, Aledo is a residential community on the western edge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The landscape is gently rolling ranch and prairie country that has increasingly given way to suburban neighborhoods as the metroplex has expanded westward. Aledo is widely recognized in the region for its high school football program.
